Panel Design

Panel Design

Using the customer's technical specification as a starting point, we prepare electrical schematics fully compliant with IEC 61439 standards using EPLAN Electric P8 software. All engineering outputs — from single-line diagrams to multiwire detail drawings, from bill of materials to 3D panel layout plans — are submitted for client approval; a complete technical documentation set ready for delivery is produced including revision cycles.

Assembly & Wiring

Assembly & Wiring

Assembly and wiring operations in precise conformity with the approved schematics are carried out by our experienced electrical technicians. IEC-standard colour-coded wiring, numbered ferrule terminals, cable duct layout and complete PE/N earthing line installation are performed. Every cable end is labelled, every terminal is re-checked; tightening torque values are verified under load.

Commissioning

Commissioning

Before shipment, every panel undergoes a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) at our facility; all I/O points are individually verified, PLC software is loaded and parameter settings are completed. On site, system integration testing, connection checks to existing equipment and live process tests are carried out. Upon completion, a signed FAT report and operator manual are handed over to the client.

Maintenance & Service

Maintenance & Service

We provide a 2-year manufacturing warranty on every panel we deliver. For the post-warranty period, we offer annual periodic maintenance contracts; thermographic camera hotspot detection, connection inspection and tightening torque measurements are carried out at regular intervals. In the event of a fault, on-site response across Turkey, spare parts supply and PLC software update services are available.

Manufacturing & FAT

CE-compliant manufacturing, 100% factory acceptance test (FAT), test report and pre-shipment quality control.
